Hi, I’m Ben. I first fell in love with swimming watching my older brothers glide through the water — and I couldn’t resist jumping in myself. Seventeen years later, I’m still at it, competing at local and national events and representing my club at county, regional and national level.
I’m also a qualified beach and pool lifeguard, and when the pool isn’t enough, I head out to open water races for an extra challenge.
When I’m not in the water, you’ll usually find me playing badminton, out for a run, or relaxing with a great comedy on TV.
